If for any reason you do not fall in love with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. We accept returns & exchanges for unworn goods in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item.
Due to the high cost of processing orders and insured shipping, all items send back for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Items sent back after the 7-day period is accepted for exchange or store credit only. After 30 days we do not accept your item back.

We use primarly natural diamonds! We have a small section where we used lab diamonds. If we used lab diaonds we clearly indiacted that on the listing.
Our jewelry is made to be worn daily. However, you must keep in mind that jewelry is delicate by nature and has to be handled with care.
Remove before heavy exercising, swimming, bathing, limit exposure to parfums or harsh chemicals. Avoid wearing your pieces while applying skin care or using detergents.
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and selected method.
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the piece, for store credit or an exchange.
