Sale Terms & Return Policy

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Dilara Saatci jewelry! If for any reason you do not fall in love with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

We accept returns & exchanges for unworn goods in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item. Items sent back after the 7 day period are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

All Sale Items are a final sale ! Which also include if you used a special discount CODE. Custom made orders, including not in stock ring sizes or any variation in a piece is a final sale.

Merchandize that shows signs of wear or damage in any way will not be accepted and returned back to the customer (at the sender's expense).

 

Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from Dilara@dilarasaatcijewelry.com  for any item that meets the proper requirements.  No returns will be accepted without an RA#.  Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • a.) Request for returns or any shipping claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
  • b.) Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.
  • c.) Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn.


All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within 7 business days.

Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • a.) All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. 
  • b.) The package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return. Please also make sure to mail it with signature confirmation.
  • c.)  A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
  • d.) dilarasaatcijewelry.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.


REPAIRS: 
We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from dilarasaatcijewelry.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information. Please, refer to our Repair page for further details.


PLEASE NOTE: Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
dilarasaatcijewelry.com is unable to offer price adjustments.

Shipping : Most of all our items will be shipped within 3 business day after the purchase has been completed unless it's noted otherwise.

Fundraiser Event returns : If you have purchased a piece at a Fundraiser Event where Dilara has donated a percentage of the proceeds to the organization, only exchanges will be granted .
