We accept returns & exchanges for unworn goods in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item. Items sent back after the 7 day period are accepted for exchange or store credit only.
All Sale Items are a final sale ! Which also include if you used a special discount CODE. Custom made orders, including not in stock ring sizes or any variation in a piece is a final sale.
Merchandize that shows signs of wear or damage in any way will not be accepted and returned back to the customer (at the sender's expense).
A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from Dilara@dilarasaatcijewelry.com for any item that meets the proper requirements. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- a.) Request for returns or any shipping claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
- b.) Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.
- c.) Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn.
All returns will be refunded in original form of payment to the purchaser unless otherwise noted within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- a.) All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit.
- b.) The package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return.
- c.) A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.

We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from dilarasaatcijewelry.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information. Please, refer to our Repair page for further details.
