If for any reason you do not fall in love with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. We accept returns & exchanges for unworn goods in their original condition within 10 days of receiving the item. Items sent back after the 10 day period are accepted for exchange or store credit only. All personalized and special order items as well as items purchased on sale or with promotions are final sale. Please note we do not refund shipping fees. We do not accept any exchanges or returns after 30 days of purchase.
Due to the high cost of processing orders and insured shipping for fine jewelry, all orders sent back for a full refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee + all shipping cost (domestic orders) and 10% restocking fee + shipping costs (international orders). All orders requesting to be cancelled before shipping receive a 3% restocking fee for processing. All exchanges are free of cost.Â

 A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from Dilara@dilarasaatcijewelry.com for any item that meets the proper requirements. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- a.)Â Request for returns or any shipping claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of package.
- b.) Full price merchandise only. Engraved, Custom Made, Modified, Discounted and Sale merchandise is final sale; no returns or exchanges.
- c.) Items must be returned in original condition, must be unworn.
Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- a.) All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit.Â
- b.) The package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package with the RA# visible on the outside of the package in order to be eligible for return. Please also make sure to mail it with signature confirmation.
- c.)Â A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package.
- d.) dilarasaatcijewelry.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.

We will attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise purchased from dilarasaatcijewelry.com. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the original invoice, please include your full contact information. Please, refer to our Repair page for further details.
PLEASE NOTE: Pending the nature of the repair there may be a repair charge. Some items might be non-repairable.

Shipping : Most of all our items will be shipped within 3 business day after the purchase has been completed unless it's noted otherwise.
Fundraiser Event returns : If you have purchased a piece at a Fundraiser Event where Dilara has donated a percentage of the proceeds to the organization, only exchanges will be granted .
