Return Policy

Returns:

If for any reason you do not fall in love with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

We accept returns & exchanges for unworn pieces in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the item. Items sent back after the 7-day period are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

All personalized and special-order items (if a piece is out of stock and we have to remake it) as well as items purchased on sale or with promotions are final sale. Please note we do not refund shipping fees. We do not accept any exchanges or returns after 30 days of purchase.

Due to the high cost of processing orders and insured shipping for fine jewelry, all orders sent back for a full refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee + all shipping cost (domestic orders) and 10% restocking fee + shipping costs (international orders). All orders requesting to be cancelled before shipping receive a 3% restocking fee for processing. All exchanges are free of cost. 

 

 A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested in writing from Dilara@dilarasaatcijewelry.com for any item that meets the proper requirements.  Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  •  All items must be properly packaged with padding and in a box to ensure against damage in transit. 
  •  The package must be insured and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package. Please also make sure to mail it with signature confirmation.
  •  dilarasaatcijewelry.com is not responsible for any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit.



Fundraiser Event returns:

If you have purchased a piece at a Fundraiser Event where Dilara has donated a percentage of the proceeds to the organization, only exchanges will be granted.
