What materials are your pieces made from?
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to be gentle on sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, we recommend reviewing the material details listed on each product page.
Are the diamonds natural or lab-created?
We use primarly natural diamonds! We have a small section where we used lab diamonds. If we used lab diaonds we clearly indiacted that on the listing.Â
How do I know my ring size?
We recommend using a ring sizing guide or visiting a local jeweler for the most accurate measurement. A sizing guide is available on our website.
Can I adjust bracelet or necklace length?
Many of our pieces include extender chains for adjustable fit. Check product descriptions for exact measurements please. If you need to order an extender chain, please contact us.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within United States.
How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and selected method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the piece, for store credit or an exchange.
If you prefer a refund, we are happy to do so aswell. Please note, that refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee, due to the hich cost of shipping and processing fees.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
Does jewelry come in gift packaging?
All pieces are carefully packaged in our signature jewelry box, suitable for gifting.
Do you offer gift cards?
Digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations.
Can I include a gift note?
You may add a personalized note at checkout.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made to be worn daily. However, you must keep in mind that jewelry is delicate by nature and has to be handled with care.
Remove before heavy exercising, swimming, bathing, limit exposure to parfums or harsh chemicals. Avoid wearing your pieces while applying skin care or using detergents.
Can I wear my jewelry in the pool?
We do not recommend wearing jewelry in chlorine water to maintain its finish.
Do you offer repairs?
We are happy to assis you with your repair needs. If your purchase is less than 2 weeks old and has not been damaged due to misuse, there will be no charge.Â
Otherwise a minimum of $30 plus shipping cost will apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately and we are happy to cancel it. If your order has been processed and payment captured, a processing fee of 3% will apply.Â
