Jewelry Care:
Dilara's collection is made to be worn daily and not stored away. However, you must keep in mind that jewelry is delicate by nature and has to be handled with care.
-Remove before heavy exercising, swimming, bathing or while using tanning bed or sauna. These environments can cause dents and scratches and may loosen diamonds. Avoid wearing your pieces while applying skin care or using detergents.
-Limit exposure to perfumes, harsh chemicals.
-For any open rings, bangles or ear cuffs, do not squeeze or bend to resize.
-Clean every 2 months carefully using warm water, drop of dish shop and a soft bristle and rinse again.
Repairs:
Please, contact us at Dilara@dilarasaatci.com with a photo of the piece and a brief description of the problem.
 If your dilarasaatcijewelry.com purchase is less than 2 weeks old, is not a Sale item and has not been damaged by your misuse, then there will be no charge for the repair.
If your purchase is older than 2 weeks, you will be charged minimum a $30 for the repair.
Additional costs may apply on items that require extensive work to be determined upon receiving your piece.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Please, make sure to purchase insurance and have a tracking number for your return package while mailing it back to us.
Many of our rings can be resized and pricing will start at $50.
